Lets face it, the best years of this country have been the last few, and they ended on 9/11. We are going to be sitting around in twenty years talking about the good ole'days when you didnt have to worry about the mail killing your children or planes falling out of the sky. We will have more equality in twenty years but we will also have a lot less freedom. Not trying to attack you Vamp, but dont just look at the good of the past and the bad of the present, look at both equally.

my parents were born here,

Yes, the USA was arrogant in not believing that the nation was at risk at this level. Bin Laden, Hussein, and countless others have been saying for decades that they will kill our people and tear down our nation. Their threats should have been more important then OJ's trial (which overshadowed the original trial of the WTC bombing) and Clinton's blow job (which overshadowed the embasy bombings). We wrote them off as powerless crackpots and now we have infants with Anthrax and several thousand people vaporised.

That is right. We do not allow people in who are crimnals of their home land or who have communicalble fatal diseases. If you are HIV positive you can not come in. If you are a convicted rapist or murderer you are not allowed in, and that is how it should be.

Actually that is how we do it. Each country has a limit on the amount of imigrants we let in. Once that limit has been reached no one else is allowed in.
